Brandons journey is built on decades of hands-on experience in New Zealand and Abroad, deep industry knowledge, and an unrelenting drive to push the boundaries of what's possible in mid-to-high-rise construction.

Brandon's career began in the demanding world of heavy commercial construction in South Africa, where he specialized in concrete and steel structures. Armed with a degree in Construction Management and Civil Engineering, he worked at the coalface of the industry—(literally in the trenches) and still does today—gaining firsthand insights that many overlook.

This experience gave him a unique perspective, allowing him to connect the dots in ways that traditional methodologies could not.

Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Brandon, alongside renowned mentor, developer, and businessman Shane Brealey, set out to revolutionize construction methods. Their collaboration led to the development of a groundbreaking in-situ wall formwork system—an innovation that is now transforming the way apartments and homes are built in New Zealand.
